Watercolor classes/Workshops are scheduled by the artist during the school year (Sept-May) through the Endless Mountains Council of the Arts and the Wyoming County Cultural Center. You may contact the artist, the WCCC, or the EMCA (see galleries page) for schedules, prices, and signup. Classes at other organization sites may be available, too. Watch this website for information.
CURRENTLY SCHEDULED INSTRUCTION:
1. Watercolor classes first Thursday in October 2008 through May 2009. Sessions are 6-8pm Thursdays at the Endless Mountains Council of the Arts--EMCA, SR6 Box 144, 302 West Tioga Street, Tunkhannock, PA 18657 (570-836-3622). http://emca.emcs.net for registration details . Once classes begin then breaks for holidays or schedule needs of the Artist/students will be "negotiated" within the class. Students may attend sessions as their time permits versus needing to commit for every session.
2. Beginning Watercolor Workshops at the Wyoming County Cultural Center:
a. Workshop I: was held January 19th January 20th, 2007, "Supplies and Techniques"**
b. Workshop II: was held March 30th and March 31st, 2007, "Color and Composition"
c. Workshop III: "Learning 'Perspective' For Enhancing and Improving Landscape Painting"....was held in September 2007.
d. Workshop IV: "Beginning Watercolor; supplies and techniques".... was held January 25th &26th, 2008 ***.
